Due to ongoing expansion, they are looking for a UX Lead to join their team in Barcelona and participate in the development and management of the style and creative output of the company’s digital department.

The successful candidate will lead a group of designers in creating simple and intuitive experiences for their clients and will be managing the design direction, processes and standards across their products.

A strong portfolio with your user research, design processes and solutions is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a group of designers as well as collaborating closely with product, marketing & technical leaders
  • Influence and execute upon a product roadmap. 
  • Overseeing the design standards, initiatives and their execution
  • Coaching the team and provide career development support 
  • Ensuring design solutions are validated from concept to real usage, and improved through iterative feedback
  • Strengthening design decision following a culture of research, testing, regular design critiques and continuous iteration


  • 6+ years’ experience working in Product Design – from concept to ideation. 
  • Must have previous experience managing a team. 
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design. 
  • A high-quality portfolio that showcases examples of user research, successful design systems, and design solutions.
  • Strong communication & analytical skills
  • Deep expertise in modern web design technologies and tools
  • Experience in agile/Scrum environment and can test, validate, and iterate on your solutions.
