Now they need a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive their marketing efforts, conversions, and revenue in this next phase. The company is ambitious in its culture and gives its chosen candidates responsibility and the autonomy to grow their career.

What do they need you to do? You’ll be managing and ensuring optimisation of the company’s SEO and PPC campaigns in partnership with agencies to oversee the transformation their conversions and ROAS. Along the way, you’ll be responsible for reporting on results, KPIs, trends, and planning their company’s SEM future.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Planning and managing SEO and PPC campaign strategy with our partners across a variety of platforms.
  • Driving keyword research and management (search terms, negative keywords etc).
  • Reviewing and optimising bidding at keyword, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels.
  • Performing frequent SEO and PPC account management (reviewing under-performing KW, optimising weekly and monthly ad spend budget, maintaining QS, impression share and other important metrics).
  • Overseeing the creation of attention-grabbing, concise copy to modify CTAs on ads and making use of extensions to boost CTRs to landing pages to maximise conversion rates.
  • Ensuring use of tracking to better evaluate leads/conversion rates.
  • Monitoring, analysing, and presenting campaigns with reports for clients explaining trends, goals, opportunities, and other KPIs.
  • Monitoring SEO and PPC industry trends and applying them to the campaigns to stay ahead of the curve.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Solid experience in digital marketing strategyand proficient in SEO and ad management is essential.
  • Deep familiarity with Google Ads, GSC and Analytics is also required, preferably with Google qualifications.
  • Confidence with data analysis and, more importantly, translating data into digestible reports and actionable strategy.
  • Experience with other paid media platforms is helpful, as well as a general familiarity with social media marketing strategies.
  • You’ll be confident ,anaging third parties and other team members .
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You’ll have a detail-oriented mindset, with great interpersonal skills, and confidence in creating and presenting your own work.
  • Competence in creating overall strategies and implementing them. 

Your creativity, analytical and research-based skills will be very welcome here, as will your research and problem-solving skills are also needed on a regular basis.
