MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborating with multiple stakeholders and teams (e.g. product managers, product analysts, research and design teams, business and operation roles) to plan and prioritise quantitative research needs and deliver them as successful initiatives.
  • Planning, conducting and delivering quantitative research for generative and evaluative initiatives.
  • Communicating actionable insights to the other teams.
  • Leveraging results of research to optimize existing products and features.
  • Sharing research insights with product, design and development teams to deliver successful new products, services, and features.
  • Assisting with mentoring other product roles to develop knowledge, skills, and confidence for collaborating and performing research.
  • Collaborating with the other teams to develop and align operations and standards.
  • Leading the development of quantitative research as a discipline within the brand.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Qualification in HCI, Interaction Design, Cognitive or Social sciences such as Anthropology, Psychology, or related fields required.
  • You’ll have proven experience in delivering applied research for digital products.
  • Proficiency in defining and developing quantitative studies – specifically in designing and programming questionnaires and surveys.
  • Strong technical skills for querying, manipulating, analyzing and visualizing data.
  • You’ll be able to perform, deliver and discuss research in Spanish.
  • Strong analytical skills covering complex sets of unstructured and structured data, mapping and synthesizing insights for other teams.
  • High levels of problem-solving skills and experience delivering analysis and creative problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with conceptualizing product and service design as well as overall design and development processes.
  • You’ll be at ease working in fast-paced, changeable environment and have the flexibility to collaborate with multifunctional teams as necessary.
  • Great written and verbal storytelling, communication and research skills needed in both English and Spanish.

DESIRABLES:

  • Fluency in communication in Italian and/or Portuguese
  • Knowledge of agile and lean methodological approaches.
