Our client has just launched a brand-new business that focuses on providing sustainable packaging to small and medium size companies, with a special focus on e-commerce. Part of one of Europe’s major packaging manufacturers, the innovative new venture now operates across Europe and is expanding into the US market.

What do they need you to do? Manage their product portfolio while ensuring optimum levels of inventory and visibility with creative promotions. You’ll be ensuring the product outperforms its competitors, and helping design new lines – this is a meaty role ideal for an ambitious product manager.

  • End-to-end defining and managing of our client’s product portfolio.
  • Leading on achieving profitability targets per product category.
  • Ensuring optimum inventory for each product and reducing working capital. 
  • Creating promotional actions to create high levels of product turnover and reducing inventory.
  • Overseeing site placement and product promotions.
  • Analysing and leveraging key metrics to optimize and identify business opportunities.
  • Leading on SKU pricing, guaranteeing profitability and considering sales mix.
  • Analysing and benchmarking competitors and their product and service offer, therefore ensuring our client’s portfolio of products are consistent with the market.
  • Working closely with internal design team to create new product lines. 


  • Fluency in German and Spanish needed to cover your markets. 
  • 3-5 years’ experience as an eCommerce product manager.
  • Proven ability at negotiating with stakeholders and establishing quality cross-channel relationships across the company. 
  • You’ll need the ambition to be setting up a new project, with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
  • We need you to be a great team player, comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Curiosity, entrepreneurial spirit and the aim of creating mould-breaking products and models are also needed. 
  • Confident analytical skills – both quantitative and qualitative. 
  • You’ll be proficient at Microsoft Office and will have experience with UX design and web management.
