Our client has just launched a brand-new business that focuses on providing sustainable packaging to small and medium-sized companies, with a special focus on e-commerce. Part of one of Europe’s major packaging manufacturers, the innovative new venture now operates across Europe and is expanding into the French.

What do they need you to do? You'll take ownership of a portfolio of products, research gaps in the market and develop innovative solutions while ensuring optimum levels of inventory and visibility. 

Your product will need to outperform its competitors in both quality and pricing, and assist with new lines and markets. This is an exciting role ideal for an ambitious product manager.

  • Taking complete ownership of your product portfolio: defining, managing and developing a portfolio of products both existing and new.
  • Analysing and benchmarking competitors and their product and service offer, therefore ensuring our client’s portfolio of products is consistent with the market.
  • Leading on achieving profitability targets per product category.
  • Ensuring optimum inventory for each product and reducing working capital.
  • Creating promotional actions to create high levels of product turnover and reducing inventory.
  • Overseeing site placement and product promotions.
  • Analysing and leveraging key metrics to optimise and identify business opportunities.
  • Benchmarking pricing and margins, leading on SKU pricing, guaranteeing profitability and considering sales mix.
  • Working closely with the internal design team on potential new product lines.


  • Fluency in French is essential, and high levels of English and Spanish. 
  • 2 years’ experience as a product manager – eCommerce desirable.
  • Experience taking full ownership of a range of products. 
  • Proven ability at negotiating with stakeholders and establishing quality cross-channel relationships across the company.
  • You’ll need the ambition to be setting up a new project, with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
  • We need you to be a great team player, comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Curiosity, entrepreneurial spirit and the aim of creating mould-breaking products and models are also needed.
  • Confident numerical and analytical skills – both quantitative and qualitative.
  • You’ll be proficient in Microsoft Office and will have experience with UX design and web management.
