An incredible Barcelona-based design company with global clients is on the hunt for a skilled Customer Experience Lead to deliver top-quality digital and physical experiences to major corporate clients with contributions from a broad range of teams and disciplines. 

You’ll be involved in coordinating design, marking and R&D teams to deliver bespoke products and solutions for best-in-class customer experiences. Working as part of a larger client team, you’ll have a global portfolio of products to oversee. This is a fantastic position at an innovation-centred design brand.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overseeing and performing user research in collaboration with the client’s dedicated research team (qualitative and quantitative) to shape digital and physical products.
  • Analysing and translating research insights into actionable requirements with cross-functional product teams. 
  • Assisting with the creation of different levels of prototypes, and wireframes.
  • Coordinating a team of designers to ensure excellence across physical and digital experiences. 
  • Collaborating closely to influence design leaders across geographies to ensure innovation and deliver a consistent user experience.
  • Driving innovation through digital and physical product design with strong stakeholder management in collaboration with corporate partners.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s in Business, Design, Human Factors, Engineering, Social Sciences research, or equivalent experience required.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience, including proven product design, team and corporate stakeholder management.
  • Outstanding English required.  
  • Experience with overseeing physical and digital User/Customer Experience projects, ideally for large companies or corporate clients.
  • You’ll have excellent research skills and experience to understand user behaviour, extract insights and define opportunities for change and growth.  
  • Strong leadership and relationship skills, including coaching, team building, influencing others with trust, and conflict resolution. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • You’ll have advanced business acumen, technical knowledge, and extensive experience with applications and digital technologies. 
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills.
