Looking for bright sparks! We're working with a recruitment specialist in oil, gas and renewables to find them top-level Business Development talent. The company is well established in EMEA and is now looking to take their work to Spanish-speaking markets in LATAM. Our client is a French manager-owned company with a vision of customer relationship based on people, quality of service and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and growing existing accounts, optimising them as much as possible.
  • Prospecting for new business, predominantly in Spain and Spanish-speaking markets.
  • Cold calling, and closing new business.
  • Conducting and publishing Market research.
  • Travelling abroad to meet clients when required.
  • Developing a yearly sales plan with targets and KPIs, to be approved by line manager.
  • Ensuring optimal use and ongoing updating of the CRM.
  • Putting together commercial proposals for relevant stakeholders.
  • Liaising with all other internal departments such as Finance, Operations and Recruitment where necessary.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's in business/commerce preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in similar sales position - LATAM markets experience a plus.
  • Passion for sales with an entrepreneurial attitude and a hunger for success.
  • Commercially aware with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proficiency with Office and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM would be a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, which French an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills with a personable manner.
  • Strong planning, organisational and time management skills .
  • Good attention to detail
  • High levels of proactivity and initiative
