  Key responsibilities:  

  • Regular support of the client´s eCommerce website daily operations. 
  • Implementation of changes via the company´s Content Management System.
  • Establishing and upholding successful relationships with key accounts.
  • Providing thorough research and reports on the functionality of the website using analytics and other reporting tools
  • Collaboration with the team to suggest improvements to the client´s website. 
  • Working alongside Account Managers, Marketing, Design and IT departments to ensure reaching business objectives. 


  • Strong attention to detail and high organisation skills.  
  • Ability to analyse data and produce in-depth reports. 
  • Interest in pursuing a career in eCommerce as well as passion for the industry.
  • Working experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. 

Good to have 

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Magento). 
  • Experience with Google AdWords, CRM and SEO best practices.
