This is a key position for the company as you will help develop our recently opened markets in Spain and France, as well as offering support to other markets when needed.

Responsibilities: 

  • Help clients find the perfect candidate through a combination of our own databases, job boards, AI tools and headhunting.  
  • Conduct interviews (screens) within designated timeframes using reliable tools/methods to evaluate applicants' knowledge, soft skills, experience and aptitudes. 
  • Build a network of candidates within your designated areas. 
  • Build strong relationships with candidates to establish a positive and influential experience. 
  • Build strong relationships with clients to better understand their needs and develop efficient workflows between them and Prosperity. 
  • Collaborate with Business Development in the growth of new markets and sectors. 

Requirements: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English. 
  • 1-2 years’ experience in recruitment or other relevant fields. 
  • Deliver a highly professional and exceptional service to candidates and clients. 
  • Demonstrate proactivity and quick response times when communicating with both candidates and clients. 
  • Work closely with candidates to help them secure jobs in their respective fields. 
  • Thrive in a goal-oriented environment and enjoy working towards targets. 
  • Sales/Customer service skills. 
  • Highly organised individual. 
  • Teamworking skills. 

Nice to have: 

  • Possess knowledge in digital, media, and marketing industries. 
  • Experience working with CRM and/or automation tools. 
  • GDPR regulation. 
  • A high level of French.
