Prosperity is seeking a CRO Specialist and eCommerce Data Analyst to join their team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to conduct weekly audits of the site's key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. In addition, you will be tasked with designing and testing A/B experiments aimed at enhancing the user experience and driving conversion rates.

Responsibilities: 

  • Design and implement A/B experiments using various testing tools. This involves creating test variations, setting up tracking, and monitoring the progress of the experiment. 
  • Analyze data from experiments to determine the impact of changes on KPIs. 
  • Identify trends and patterns in user behavior to draw conclusions about the effectiveness of the tests. 
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities for optimization. 
  • Work closely with teams across the organization to implement changes and improvements that enhance the user experience and drive revenue growth. 
  • Ensure that decision-making processes are based on reliable data sources and insights. 
  • Develop and create dashboards to monitor key metrics related to web conversion funnel, user behavior based on customer type and traffic type. 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 2 years of CRO methodology experience is mandatory. 
  • Understanding of UI and UX best practices for mobile and desktop websites.  
  • Knowledge of 360º digital consumer journey. 
  • Previous experience collaborating with acquisition teams. 
  • Familiarity with the eCommerce field in order to support and drive sales growth.  
  • Excellent knowledge of A/B testing tools.  
  • Ability to work with Google Analytics.  
  • Familiarity with CRO tools (e.g., Full Story) is required in this role.  
  • Advanced English proficiency.  
  • Interest in the beauty/pharmaceutical industry.
