As a Senior Paid Search Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid search strategies, managing PPC campaigns, analyzing performance data, and delivering actionable insights to enhance ROI. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals and play a critical role in driving traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  •  Partner closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to ensure that paid search strategies are aligned with the company’s overarching business objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and continuous optimization of paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and ASA. Focus on maximizing employer registrations and driving revenue growth.
  • Oversee and refine paid search campaigns dedicated to driving app installs, with a focus on improving cost per install (CPI), cost per action (CPA), and user retention rates.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to uncover new opportunities and enhance current campaigns, staying ahead of industry trends and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Apply your marketplace experience to develop paid search strategies that effectively address both the supply side (employers) and demand side (job seekers) of the platform.
  • Use advanced analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, spot trends, and inform data-driven decisions. Compile detailed reports for senior leadership, offering insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Drive continuous improvement by proposing and executing A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to optimize campaign outcomes.
  • Oversee significant marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve the highest impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data and creative departments, to ensure cohesive efforts. Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
  •  Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid search, app marketing, and digital advertising to maintain a cutting-edge approach.

Requirements:

  •            +5 years of hands-on experience in paid search marketing, with a proven ability to manage and scale large-scale campaigns effectively. Experience with app install campaigns is a significant advantage.
  •       Preferably experienced in a marketplace or B2B SaaS environment, where strategic thinking and targeted campaign execution are crucial.
  •       Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics, along with familiarity with app install tracking tools like Adjust or Appsflyer. Proficient in SEM tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
  •            Exceptional ability to analyze complex data, extract key insights, and implement strategies that drive performance improvements.
  •           Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of clearly conveying complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  •           Highly strategic thinker with a knack for identifying challenges and creating innovative solutions.
  •         Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with the flexibility to quickly adapt to changing market conditions.
