Our client, a Global Brand working in the health and Fitness sector, is seeking a talented and dynamic Brand Channel Manager to join their team and drive the growth of a brand through their retail channel. The Channel Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding the brand's reach and developing new opportunities for revenue generation.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the retail sector, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing sales channels in the luxury industry.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive channel strategy to ensure brand consistency and growth across all sales channels, including retail, wholesale, and partnerships.
  • Continuously monitor and analyse the performance of the retail channel, identifying areas for improvement and growth. Provide regular reports and insights to the senior management team.
  • Oversee the management and performance of our client’s brands across their retail partners, ensuring they deliver an exceptional experience to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across the organisation to ensure that optimal service to retail partners is provided
  • Identify and explore new partnership opportunities that align with the brand's values and image, such as collaborations with other brands or influencers.
  • Work closely with the supply chain and operational teams to ensure appropriate stock levels, manage inventory turnover, and reduce excess stock.
  • Develop and manage the channel budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve sales targets and maximize ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, cutting-edge tools, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats to the brand. 


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus. 
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in channel management, preferably in the fitness space 
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue through various sales channels. 
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Deep understanding of the luxury market, customer behaviour, and trends. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
