As a Digital Talent Search Executive at Prosperity Digital, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and attracting top-tier talent within the digital media and technology space. You will work closely with the CEO and Managing Director to support all sourcing activities, including traditional recruitment services for permanent positions and sourcing for freelance and contractor roles.

This role provides a unique opportunity to progress within Prosperity Digital. High-performing individuals may have the chance to advance to a managerial position or transition into a client relationship role, where they will manage key accounts and further contribute to the company's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CEO to identify and attract candidates for permanent positions within digital media and technology.
  • Support the digital outsourcing business in terms of sourcing high-quality candidates for freelance and contractor roles.
  • Utilise various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media platforms, and networking events, to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and manage the recruitment process through our applicant tracking system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Media, Technology or a related field
  • An interest in recruitment, resourcing and talent growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
