We are looking for a senior Senior Paid Search Manager (focused on B2B acquisition) with a very strong hands-on approach, capable of managing big budgets and setting up best practices to take our client’s user acquisition to the next level.

In this role, you’ll take charge of full-funnel Google Ads initiatives aimed at acquiring small business customers (companies of up to 50 employees) in the US and Europe across mobile and web platforms. Full disclosure: You will be the mastermind and owner of the whole Google Ads spending on their platform, so it's a hands-on role with lost of responsibility and opportunities.

For clarity, we would like to see key traits on any candidates that we interview:

1) Someone who successfully ran 6x figure search campaigns in the B2B domain. How did you achieve this?

2) Someone who successfully identifies areas of growth in their past jobs and actually devised a strategy to get to that growth. You just figured out search and know how to translate that to B2B search campaigns.

3) Someone who is not afraid to take on big tasks, doesn't give up easily on any challenge and becomes the best of teammates on any organisation.

Responsibilities: 

  • Strategize, oversee, and refine advertising campaigns to meet targeted KPIs, assessing their efficacy meticulously across both the US and European markets, encompassing mobile and web platforms.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget holistically.
  • Diversify existing traffic sources while evaluating and testing new avenues.
  • Interpret campaign data, extracting insights tailored to product specifics.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to devise optimal user acquisition strategies, scrutinizing traffic patterns and conversion funnels.

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (web and mobile), with a specialised emphasis on Google Search managing large budgets.
  • You are an expert in managing all types of campaigns within Google Ads and the main Ads platforms, you can track performance to the last detail and optimise accordingly.
  • A competitive mindset is key for this role
  • Proven track-record achieving tangible outcomes and driving business growth.
  • Expert understanding of analytics tools like G4 and other analytics tools.
  • Great reporting skills, you’ve used tools like Looker Studio or similar.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork aptitudes.
  • Fluency in both written and verbal English and Spanish.

Please note: the main team is on the east coast of the US so the bulk of the work will be toward the end of the day in Spain.
