Prosperity Digital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Search Manager (Google Ads) to join our team in Barcelona on an initial project basis. This is a contract role working on client campaigns for a global media network. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, with a strong understanding of paid search strategies and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement paid search campaigns for a variety of clients, across a range of industries
  • Manage and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI, including setting campaign goals, defining target audiences, and setting bid strategies
  • Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing adjustments to improve results
  • Work closely with client teams to understand their objectives and ensure campaigns are aligned with their business goals
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Google Ads changes and best practices
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in paid search management, with a focus on Google Ads
  • Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing campaigns to achieve ROI goals
  • Strong understanding of paid search strategies and methodologies
  • Experience with a variety of Google Ads tools and features
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
